I'm Kenny Granville, and I'm going to guide you through the three levels: your level, the next level, and a WHOLE OTHER LEVEL!
I am here to help you discover your unique purpose in life, which often lies where your highest self-interest meets the greater-good, and to support you in your quest to learn to live your life accordingly.
As a survivor of some of life greatest test and obstacles, I know the power of knowing your own personal story and the empowerment it provides. When you are able to acknowledge the lessons learned, stop worrying about what already happened, and share your journey, it creates a new you.
Knowledge is nothing if the ability to implement is absent.
As a 1st generation American of West Indian parents and the middle sibling of two sisters, understanding the differences in peoples interaction was made obvious when my family and I moved to the U.S. in the early 90's. Born in St. Croix, we left the Caribbean when my father joined the United States Army and was stationed at Ft. Bliss in El Paso, Texas. Residing in the Northeast side of the city the majority of my youth was in off-base housing known as Logan Heights. At the age of 17 I dutifully served in the U.S. Air Force and lived the core values of “Integrity, Service Before Self, and Excellence in All We Do.”
As a natural teacher and influencer I can't help the natural calling in seeing the potential in all those I interact with and being a reflection for others to see what I sees in themselves. I have found success is my every expanding experiences of providing clarity, ownership, transparency, and accountability by being the kick in the pants to help my network find their calling in life. My motto is “Realize your Importance, Surpass all Expectations, and keep your Self Talk Strong.”
A firm believer of increasing people skills with Emotional Intelligence as well as soft skills enhancement, aI have consulted in the corporate world as a trainer for stateside and overseas employers. As an expert communicator and leader, excelling in the world of Public Speaking with Toastmasters International earned many accomplishments, such as Distinguished Toastmaster and Humorous Contest Champion, opening opportunities that led to being an International speaker. I've then had the privilege of serving as District Director, overseeing 1000+ members in West Texas, New Mexico, and the Oklahoma Panhandle.
It is very importance how I give back and serve thew community as an advocate with the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) and fundraised for Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS) by participating in Dance for Kids Sake. As a matter of fact, during the onset of the Pandemic, I decided to turn my motto into a resource for families, teens, young adults, and educators by starting R.I.S.E. Enterprise.
My experience includes, mentoring, coaching, training, motivating, and active engagement for a variety of audiences as well as created a multiple of applications to provide readily available resources. My road in life has been to lead, to serve, and acquire national certifications to better facilitate his content.
I find constant gratification in validating the successes of my beloved community as an Emotional Intelligence consultant, and humbled as a husband to my amazing wife, who is BY FAR my biggest cheerleader, and tribe of four amazingly talented children.
My passion makes me invested in others success. It is my true calling to see everyone R.I.S.E.
